    We purchased this unit for our 2 bedroom module home. Cools the whole place. Set up was easy and instructions were good. Shipping was fast. Would definitely buy from here again.

    Had this unit installed just before the Heat wave . It runs quiet and is keeping up to this heat wave . keeps the house (1100 sq ft ) at a comfortable temperature.We recommend it.

    I ordered the unit and it was ship the next day. i received the unit in a timely manner and no damage from the shipping company. i haven't install the unit yet so at the present time i can only rate the shipping.

    Very very happy with this product. The price is so reasonable and a very high quality product. Even the air conditioning fellow that evacuated the lines and started it up said its one of the best units he has seen in 10 years. The SOGoodToBuy folks I dealt with via email are so caring and helpful.........hard to believe in this day and age. Now I have 3 of these units.

    recent purchase senville leto 12000 btu orderd from so good to buy arrived in six days all the way across Canada shipper was helpful and friendly unit even had the control electric cable . had the unit pressure tested and vacuumed by a reputable firm after I self installed it . started right up and is working perfectly also very quiet . it has only been working for a week so far. however I am optimistic it will continue to give good service-- touch wood-. install was a bit of a job but all I needed extra was electric cable and breaker from my main box, and some help from a electrical experienced friend. the wiring instructions from the inside to outside unit in the manual are very poor they need to change that to be more user friendly for self installers. will they back me up with warrenty help if it gives trouble? that remains to be seen, I hope so , this is the main issue when buying online proper assistance if the unit is faulty. Just know if you buy online you do take a risk. but the money saved is a lot. the unit looks well built and solid

    I ordered a unit that was out of stock but called and talked to Jamal and he looked after me with great respect and professionalism. When we sorted out my order by upgrading to the SENA-12HF unit and the delivery was fast and there was no issue at all. My unit was just installed and I have not used it much yet but I feel very confident with everything. It was great to deal with a Canadian company and I must say that I was impressed with the efficiency of So Good To Buy. Jamal is a gem.......
