    Bought and installed this 4 years ago when i bought my house. Still working great. The only issue i had was a bad bearing in one of the fan motors after 2 years. They quickly sent a replacement for the price of shipping (35$). The units are on 24/7 almost all year round. Good quality and great price. Super happy with it.

    We bought a 2 zone mini split back in 2018 for our condo an we were so happy with them that we just bought another set of 2 zone for our cottage. I placed the order 3 days ago and today I got called by the delivery company that tomorrow I will have it delivered. So super fast! There's a catch though (although not worth it to take down a star for it) - they do not do the installation but they recommend a certified technician for the installation, whom I, personally, find kind of expensive. Other the installation part, I would highly recommend these products, they are awesome!

    This is the second unit that I have installed in my home. Baseboard heaters and woodstove just were not worth it. Too expensive or too dusty. These mini-splits from Soggoodtobuy are perfect, delivered in less than a week. Everything was included for an orderly install. I installed this myself and had my son help to vaccuum and leak test the lines. The system is extremely quiet and very efficient. The Seller stands by their products. Last year I was given the wrong size stand and they promptly sent the correct size for no charge. If you want to save money, have comfortable heat and AC do not look any further and switch over to the mini split system. Absolutely no regrets in doing so. I highly recommend their products. OH. As a Canadian there is no extra duty on the purchase of these units.

    We haven't installed them yet. I ordered them early because I didn't know how long it would take to ship. They arrived in less than a week! Great service.
