    Ordered on the 14 aug 2018 , arrived on the 17 aug 2018 and it was installed on the 18 aug 2018 . I'm pleased to say that the units came fast , with no damage and when installed they performed flawlessly . This is my third units that I've installed and so far no problem with none off them . " SoGoodToBuy.ca" has my confidence and will not hesitate to order from them again and also recommend them as a reliable source for the mini splits units .

    WOW Why did I wait soooooo long

    Recieved my unit a 18000 BTU Mini Split Air Conditioner - Heat Pump - SENA/18HF a few days ago, 2 fellows came and installed it -- took about 5 hours. After they checked everything out they turned it on, it was so quiet I didn't even know it was running. The unit had only run for 2 or 3 minutes when I went into the house, wow what a nice feeling that cool air was, the first comfortable sleep my wife and I had since the hot weather hit us. My Brother-in-law had bought a unit about 3 months ago and said how good it was and that I should get one too. I thought about it but didn't really think I needed one, not until the real hot weather hit us and now I wish I hadn't waited so long.

    Ordered 2/18000 BTU units on June 28,arrived on July 05.The first unit was install on the July 09 and the other on the July 16 and I'm glad to report that the units came at my home with no damage and that the units are performing beautifully.Easy to install, everything when according to specification .Love them, especially in this crazy heat and humidity that we are experiencing !!! Later !!

    Winter is almost over and both units performed flawlessly, even at -25C .HUGH $ saving, looking at a three year payback. Now considering a heat pump water heater.

    Excellent service, mini split arrived on time. Had it installed today, This unit is very quiet.Very pleased so far. Giving it 4 stars for now until I Revew again in 6 months.

    The unit has been in use for two weeks now and has heated 1000 sg. ft.in temperatures ranging from 4 C to -12 C. It is quiet and we are very satisfied. Installation takes about 6 hours from start to finish if you have all the required tools and materials ready to go before you begin.
