    Ducted heat pump

    I've had the 24k unit installed now for a few years now. The outdoor unit has gotten slightly louder but not bad, the unit itself is very high quality, I was surprised. The unit still works well, even in the latest cold snap down to -26 (-40 with wind chill). The controller /thermostat is a basic design that can malfunction on occasion and need resseting, and likely I'll replace the thermostat with one that has more features. Overall extremely impressed. I'm not an HVAC tech, but have contracted many installs from lg, Fujitsu, Mitsubishi etc. I would say quality is of the same caliber some better. The unit I've been using is near the ocean and endures that environment which is quite harsh. There may be things I'll replace with stainless parts, but overall a great product.
