    So far there has been no problems with any of the senville products I have purchased I have 2 24000 units and 1 18000 also have 2 18000 double heads the 24000 units are about 3 to 4 years old now and still working great 1 is in a pretty harsh environment being in my automotive shop but I blow it out on occasion and works Great

    This spring I ordered three units, 1-18,000 BTU and 2-12,000 BTU units, I installed 2 in the early spring and I just installed the last unit. Great product and great technical assistance. I will recommend this product to anyone who is interested in saving $. The only problem I had, since I installed the units myself, is the wiring diagram could be clearer.

    Found SGTB's online service very responsive and accurate. Product shipped as promised and in good order. It can be a challange to find an HVAC technician to do the final line connect/vacume/etc. Kijiji helped in that regard! SEER 20 variable unit for under 2k$! N.America HVAC industry better wake up.

    The SENA/18HF was installed about a month ago and have used the cooling several times. I am very happy with how efficient and quiet the indoor and outdoor units are. The system easily heats and cools the 1000 square feet we hoped to cover. We will eventually purchase another Senville to cover the three bedrooms.

    RECEIVED THE UNIT WITHOUT A DAMAGED AND WAS PACKED PROPERLY. EASY TO INSTALL AND WORKS GREAT AS ADVERTISED. BOTH INDOOR AND OUTDOOR UNIT ARE VERY QUITE. ONLY COMMENT IS THE WALL SLEEVE NEEDS TO HAVE BIGGER DIAMETER AS IT IS TOO TIGHT. ALSO, AS A SUGGESTION IT IS BETTER TO INCLUDE THE CONTROL CABLES ON THE PACKAGE AS IT IS DIFFICULT TO LOOK FO A 4 CONDUCTOR CABLES. CABLE ENTRY KNOCKOUT ON THE OUTDOOR UNIT SHOULD BE NOT ON THE COVER.

    Very pleased with my heat pump

    I installed my 18000 btu senville mini split in January and it has been running continuesly ever since, it has never cut out. I installed it in my basement which is 1200 square feet and I have a 2 story house on top of that and that heat pump is heating my entire house for a total of 3600 square feet. Very pleased with it and will be installing another before the fall and also in 4 of my rental units next spring.
