    I purchased 4 heat pumps from Senville a little over a year ago. I have run them through summer and winter (+45C to -10C) and have been very happy with how they perform. They heat and cool very well still with being whisper quiet. I have had 2 small warranty issues that I have required technical support by phone. The team at Senville have taken care of us well. Quick to reply and ship out product. In my opinion Senville has backed up their products. I appreciate their informative staff.

    l installed only Sena in north of New Brunswick.I compare them to the Fujitsu Heatpump. Specs are the same. After five installations,every customers are satisfied and brag about there investment. The proof of quality is...I installed an 18000 btu with 2 heads for my daughter in Toronto..

    GREAT UNITS SO FAR.

    I have Two 18000 btu units, one installed October 2017, no issues so far. The second one was installed November 2018, small issue with a faulty thermostat, called tech support and a new thermostat was sent immediately. Excellent service. Was pleasantly surprised at how energy efficient the units are to operate. Forgot to mention Free shipping , fast delivery, ease of ordering from So Good To Buy.

    Very happy with the delivery time. Had installed on November 12 and it been working great for 2 days now. I am happy with it at the present time, time will tell. Will know in the next few weeks. I think it will be a great heat pump.

    Have installled many of those type heat pumps and have found them to of excellent quality..They delivered all that was promise in the spec detail about the product and to date no issues all around great product
